Goal: Completing a marathon




Achievement: Crossing the finish line in under 4 hours


How I did it:


1. Setting a specific goal: I decided to run a marathon and set a specific target time of under 4 hours.

2.Creating a training : I am developed a structured training plan, including regular runs, cross-training, and rest days.

3. Consistency and persistence: I stuck to my training plan, even on tough days, and made adjustments as needed.


4. Tracking progress: I monitored my progress, tracking my pace, distance, and overall performance.

5. Seeking support: I joined a running group and found a running buddy for motivation and encouragement.

6. Overcoming obstacles: I pushed through injuries and setbacks, adapting my training plan to accommodate recovery time.

8. Taper and rest: I allowed myself time to rest and recover before the big day.
